In the winter of 2017, a heated argument on a street in Indianapolis tragically escalated, ending the life of 28-year-old John Jones. A Black male, Mr. Jones was involved in an altercation in the 2300 block of North Dearborn Street on the morning of February 15th. At approximately 10:30 a.m., the dispute turned violent, and Mr. Jones sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
