Jonathan Arellanos, a 23-year-old resident of Noel, Missouri, tragically lost his life on November 22, 2020. The incident occurred at the Noel Heights Apartments, where law enforcement officers responded to a call about possible shots fired and a disturbance. Upon arrival, they discovered Jonathan Arellanos lying in a second-floor apartment with apparent gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
