Timothy Simmons, a 19-year-old from St. Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on December 12, 2019, in a shooting incident that occurred in Moline Acres, a suburb of St. Louis County. The incident took place in the parking lot of several businesses on Lewis and Clark Boulevard. According to reports, Anthony Tate Jr. pulled up behind Simmons' car and watched it for about 20 minutes before opening fire.
