Joseph Nieto, a 32-year-old resident of Gary, Indiana, tragically lost his life on October 23, 2019. The incident occurred on the 2300 block of Edison Street in Gary, where Nieto was fatally shot. According to court documents, the events leading to his death began when Nieto was hosting a gathering at his house, where he and others were drinking and listening to loud music.
