In the early hours of a cold January morning in Indianapolis, the life of Nicholas Fine, a 30-year-old White male, was tragically cut short. On January 27, 2020, while working as a security guard at the Pony Club on the city's west side, Fine was involved in a fatal altercation. The incident began when a patron, identified as 34-year-old Damien Sutton, became unruly and was escorted out of the establishment by Fine.
