Jose Tellez, a 42-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, was tragically killed on the night of September 13, 2020. The incident occurred around 11:15 p.m. in the 2100 block of Madison Avenue, near East Raymond Street. According to reports, officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) responded to a call about a shooting in the area.
