In the spring of 2023, the life of Joseph Tyler Potts, a 32-year-old man from Indianapolis, was tragically cut short. On the evening of April 25th, police were called to the '20 Past 4 & More' smoke shop located at 3433 Madison Avenue on the city's south side. Inside, they discovered Potts suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of first responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
