In the late autumn of 1998, a 33-year-old mother named Antoinette Renee Williams, known to her loved ones as Toni, vanished from the streets of Trenton, New Jersey. She was last seen sometime in November in the city where she resided on Monmouth Street. Toni was known to frequent the Walnut Avenue area, and her mother lived on Sallie Street.
