Emmanuel J. Oluwafemi, a 20-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on September 15, 2020. The incident occurred on the city's near east side, specifically in the 1400 block of Marlowe Avenue. On that fateful night, officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) responded to reports of gunshots around 11:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered two men who had been shot.
