On a Sunday evening in Indianapolis, 35-year-old Israel Saavedra-Delgado was fatally shot on September 11, 2022. The incident occurred around 7:50 p.m. at the Crooked Creek Shopping Center, located at West 79th Street and North Michigan Road on the city's northwest side.
