Disha Allen, a 25-year-old woman from Humble, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on December 12, 2021, in Baytown, Texas. She was attending a vigil for her daughter's godfather, Jamal Narcisse, who had been murdered earlier that month. The vigil was held in the 1400 block of North Market Loop, where a gunman opened fire on the crowd, killing Allen and injuring 13 others. The motive for the drive-by shooting remains unknown.
