Charlene L. Chay Grovell, a 36-year-old woman from Baytown, Texas, tragically lost her life on March 31, 2020. Charlene, affectionately known as "Chay," was a devoted mother and a hardworking pharmacy technician. She was born in 1983 and spent her early years in St. Croix before moving to Baytown with her family. Charlene was known for her infectious smile and her dedication to her children, Nehemiah, Charlize, and Jaxson. Her life was cut short in a horrific act of domestic violence.
