Carlos Ernesto Nunez, a 27-year-old resident of Concord, California, tragically lost his life on February 10, 2019. The incident occurred near Clayton Road and Detroit Avenue in Concord, where Nunez was fatally shot while riding a bicycle. The motive behind the murder was linked to a dispute over the bicycle, which was believed to have been stolen. Jose “Flacco” Hernandez-Barajas, 24, and Luis Angel Mendoza, 22, were identified as the primary suspects in the case.
