Salvador Victor Ochoa, a 30-year-old man from Concord, California, tragically lost his life on April 16, 2022. Ochoa, who was affectionately known as Willie by those close to him, was shot while riding his bicycle near the intersection of Meadow Lane and Johnson Drive.
