Michael Olsen, a 39-year-old resident of Concord, California, was tragically shot to death on July 27, 2020. The incident occurred in the early afternoon at a business park located in the 2300 block of Stanwell Drive, just north of Concord Avenue. Officers responded to reports of gunfire around 12:40 p.m. and found Olsen at the scene. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead shortly after their arrival.
