Robert Weber, a 35-year-old male from Concord, California, was abducted, shot, and his body was dumped in Colusa County, where it was discovered in August 1985. His murder was linked to John Sapp, a drifter with a long history of institutional confinement. Sapp had spent nearly two decades in various state and county facilities before being arrested in May 1986 for multiple murders, including that of Robert Weber.
