Shafi Qasimi, a 25-year-old man from Concord, California, was found dead on May 8, 2022, in the Oakland Hills. His death was the result of a gunshot wound to the head, and it was later determined that he had been shot on May 5, 2022. Qasimi, who was also a transient, was involved in an altercation at a homeless camp near the Willow Pass Road corridor in Concord. The altercation escalated when Guadalupe Jose Robles, a 28-year-old transient, believed that Qasimi had used bear spray on Robles' frie ...
