The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning outside a local business, Nica Lounge, located at 1907 Salvio Street. According to police reports, the fatal shooting happened around 1:50 a.m. Witnesses at the scene were able to provide crucial information that led to the identification of the suspect, Nicholas Jacobson, a 27-year-old resident of Oakley.
