Charity Hlovac, a 33-year-old woman from Ashland, Ohio, tragically passed away on July 15, 2019. She was found dead inside her apartment with a gunshot wound. The incident occurred after neighbors reported hearing gunshots coming from her apartment early in the morning. When police arrived, they found the apartment door barricaded.
