In the early hours of a Tuesday in the Plum Orchard neighborhood of New Orleans, the life of 20-year-old Christian Carrie was tragically cut short. On February 22, 2022, the young man was found suffering from at least one gunshot wound. The New Orleans Police Department responded to the scene, but the severity of his injuries was overwhelming.
