On a late Monday night in New Orleans, tragedy struck in the Algiers neighborhood, leaving two men dead and a community searching for answers. Eric Carter, a 45-year-old male, was discovered shot to death inside a vehicle on August 16, 2021. He was not alone; alongside him was 47-year-old Johnny Henry, who had also succumbed to fatal gunshot wounds.
