Eric Leon Carter, a 45-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on August 16, 2021, in New Orleans, LA. He was found shot to death inside a car along with another man, Johnny Henry, in the 5300 block of Tullis Drive in Algiers. The incident occurred around 11:15 PM, and the case has since been classified as a double homicide.
