On September 29, 2024, 17-year-old Brittany Gissell Dubon was tragically shot and killed in Baytown, Texas. The incident occurred in the early hours at a residence on Richards Street, where Brittany was with her 21-year-old boyfriend, Tomas Bautista. Neighbors reported hearing an argument between the couple, followed by a gunshot. Bautista fled the scene but returned later and was detained by authorities.
