Robert McCullum Jr., aged 37, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident on October 5, 2022, in Indianapolis, Indiana. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, just after 2:30 a.m., in the 2200 block of East 38th Street, a residential area near Keystone Avenue and about a mile east of the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
