In the autumn of 2022, on November 8th, emergency responders were called to the 3500 block of Blue Spruce Lane in Indianapolis, where they found 59-year-old Sherry Lynn Wolfe on the sidewalk with multiple gunshot wounds. A witness reported hearing an argument between Wolfe and a man, followed by her cries for help and then gunshots.
