Shiloh Britton, a 16-year-old student from Lawrence North High School in Indianapolis, was tragically found dead on December 6, 2018. Her body was discovered by her mother in their family's second-floor unit at the Maison Garden apartments near 42nd Street and Post Road. An autopsy revealed that Shiloh died from a single gunshot wound to the head. The discovery of her body was a shock to the community, especially since neighbors reported not hearing any gunshots.
