On October 23, 2023, Tracy Harmon, a 45-year-old woman, was found dead in a vehicle with gunshot wounds in the 3100 block of Osceola Lane near Grassy Creek Park on the east side of Indianapolis. The incident occurred minutes before 10 p.m..
