Jason B. Walker, a 23-year-old Marine Corps reservist and student at Norfolk State University, tragically lost his life on February 9, 1992, in Virginia Beach, VA. The incident occurred around 3:30 am in the parking lot of the Newpoint Shopping Center, located in the 500 block of Newtown Road. Walker had been inside the Bridge Nightclub, watching a performance by rap star Doo Doo Brown, before the fatal event unfolded.
