In the early hours of April 18, 2014, a tragic event unfolded in the Huntersville neighborhood of Norfolk, Virginia, leading to the death of 40-year-old Dorian Booker. Responding to a call, police and medics arrived at the 800 block of Goff Street around 1:25 a.m. to find Booker suffering from a fatal gunshot wound.
