Dorian Booker, a 40-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, was tragically shot to death on April 18, 2014, in the 800 block of Goff Street. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1:25 a.m., when police were called to the scene and found Booker with a fatal gunshot wound.
