In the winter of 2021, the life of 22-year-old Keyon 'Speedy' Lamar Turner was tragically cut short in a senseless act of gun violence in Virginia Beach, Virginia. On the afternoon of February 5th, police responded to a call on Mineola Drive, off of Indian River Road, where they found Turner suffering from life-threatening injuries.
