Terrence Jerrell Houston, a 33-year-old resident of Newport News, Virginia, tragically lost his life on May 2, 2019, in a fatal shooting incident at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. The shooting occurred late at night in the parking lot of the Rodeway Inn, located at the corner of 11th Street and Pacific Avenue. Houston was identified as the victim by the police shortly after the incident.
