On a Tuesday afternoon in Virginia Beach, what began as a day of youthful energy on a basketball court ended in tragedy. Sixteen-year-old Jordan Williams, a sophomore at Tallwood High School, was shot and killed on May 7, 2024. Remembered for his ever-present smile and love for basketball, Williams was known to be a joyful presence among his friends and family.
