In the spring of 2023, the life of 19-year-old Justin Varney was tragically cut short in Virginia Beach. On the night of April 13th, Varney, a male, became a victim of gun violence in what was reported as a triple shooting. The incident also claimed the life of 26-year-old Adrian Archer and left an 18-year-old male in critical condition.
