Justin Varney, a 19-year-old from Virginia Beach, Virginia, tragically lost his life to gun violence on April 13, 2023. The incident occurred during a triple shooting in the 5600 block of New Colony Drive, an area situated between Providence Road and Indian River Road. This shooting also claimed the life of 26-year-old Adrian Archer from Norfolk, while a third individual sustained serious injuries but survived.
