Charles Stephen Boston, a 24-year-old resident of Virginia Beach, VA, tragically lost his life on January 25, 2013. On that day, around 2 p.m., police responded to reports of gunshots in the Pecan Gardens subdivision. Upon arrival, they discovered Charles Stephen Boston lying in the street in the 700 block of Hayes Avenue, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter.
