On a summer afternoon in Virginia Beach, Virginia, events tragically unfolded that led to the death of 26-year-old Josiah 'Josh' Chambers. On July 27, 2023, police responded to a call about a shooting in the 800 block of Lake Edward Drive around 4:02 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Chambers suffering from a gunshot wound.
