In the late hours of an autumn night in Virginia Beach, a dispute that began inside the Allure nightclub tragically spilled out into the parking lot, culminating in the shooting deaths of two cousins. On October 28, 2021, 33-year-old Joseph Moore and his 38-year-old cousin, William Moore, both of Norfolk, were fatally wounded. The night's events stemmed from a prior conflict between William Moore and another man, Trayvon McCoy.
