In a quiet Virginia Beach neighborhood, the lives of two individuals came to a tragic end in what police have described as a murder-suicide. On the morning of August 2, 2017, police responded to a call at a residence on Sutter Street. Inside the home, they discovered the bodies of 29-year-old Marcel Nereo Marc Blanco and 37-year-old Jamie Marie Johnson. Both had sustained gunshot wounds.
