In the early hours of a Wednesday morning, the life of 19-year-old Jakhari Hall was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire. On July 20, 2022, in the 5600 block of Lone Holly Lane in Virginia Beach, Virginia, police responded to the scene of a shooting.
