Christopher Patrick Ross, a 17-year-old student at Ocean Lakes High School in Virginia Beach, VA, tragically passed away on December 11, 2018. He was born on November 16, 2001, and was known for his involvement in football at his high school. On the day of his death, Ross was involved in a drug deal at a house on Elson Green Avenue.
