Ritz M. Johnson, a 35-year-old resident of Virginia Beach, VA, was tragically shot and killed on July 18, 2021. The incident occurred in the 1500 block of Cape Ann Way, near the Holland Road area. According to reports, the shooting was the result of a domestic situation. Virginia Beach police responded to the scene at approximately 2:31 p.m. and found Johnson with fatal gunshot injuries.
