On the evening of July 16, 2017, in the 700 block of Huybert Place in Virginia Beach, Virginia, 26-year-old Antonio Sullivan, a Black male, was shot and killed. Police responded to a call at approximately 7:15 p.m. and found Sullivan deceased at the scene.
