In the early morning hours of June 3, 2012, a dispute between two men in Virginia Beach escalated into a fatal encounter. David Maurice Walker, a 24-year-old male, was shot and killed on Daytona Drive in a confrontation that ended his life and led to the arrest of another man. The Virginia Beach Police Department was called to the scene where they found Walker, who was pronounced dead.
