Calvin Demerius Allen, a 26-year-old from Henderson, North Carolina, was tragically shot and killed on June 22, 2020, at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. The incident occurred in the 3000 block of Pacific Avenue, where police responded to a report of a gunshot wound around 12:32 a.m. Upon arrival, they found Allen deceased at the scene.
