In the early hours of August 1, 2015, the life of 21-year-old Brandon Marcellus Haith, a male U.S. Navy sailor, was tragically cut short on the streets of Virginia Beach, Virginia. Originally from Powder Springs, Georgia, Haith was stationed in Norfolk and was remembered by loved ones as a hardworking and kind-hearted individual.
