In the early hours of August 1, 2015, the life of 21-year-old Brandon Marcellus Haith, a male U.S. Navy sailor, was tragically cut short on the streets of Virginia Beach, Virginia. Originally from Powder Springs, Georgia, Haith was stationed in Norfolk and was remembered by loved ones as a hardworking and kind-hearted individual. He had followed in his parents' footsteps by joining the Navy, a decision he made even before graduating from high school.
