Demetrius Darnell McCloud, aged 34, tragically lost his life on August 27, 2016, in Virginia Beach, VA. The incident occurred at Club Embassy, a popular nightlife spot in the area. On that fateful night, McCloud was on the dance floor when he had a brief verbal exchange with Tobias Kinte Loftin. The confrontation escalated quickly, and Loftin shot McCloud in the head from behind. McCloud died at the scene.
