In the late afternoon of a spring day, the life of 21-year-old Tyler Lynn-Gainous was tragically cut short. On May 27, 2011, Lynn-Gainous was found deceased on a sidewalk along Weaver Drive in Virginia Beach, Virginia, the victim of a fatal shooting. A male who had moved to the area from New Jersey, he was remembered by neighbors as a kind and helpful person. The incident, which stemmed from an argument that had occurred earlier in the week, deeply affected the local community.
