On January 8, 2013, 19-year-old Michael A. Johnson and his brother, 27-year-old Alphonso White, were found fatally shot at a Rally's restaurant located at 845 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach, Virginia. White was an employee at the establishment.
