On March 7, 2023, 31-year-old Anthony Johnson was fatally shot in the parking lot of a Hardee's restaurant located in the Timberlake Shopping Center on Holland Road in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The incident occurred shortly after 10:30 a.m., when police responded to reports of a shooting. Johnson was transported to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries and was later pronounced dead.
