On September 30, 2024, at approximately 9:40 a.m., Virginia Beach Police Department (VBPD) officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert in the 600 block of Fox Creek Court. Upon arrival, they discovered 20-year-old Keshawn Woodhouse suffering from critical gunshot wounds. Despite first responders' attempts to render aid, Woodhouse tragically died at the scene.
