Angelo Delano Perry, a 35-year-old male, died on Saturday, September 5, 2015, following a shootout with Virginia Beach police officers in the parking lot of a 7-Eleven. The events leading to his death began when law enforcement received information from a confidential informant that Perry, who was a person of interest in a homicide investigation, was planning to carry out another violent crime.
