In the early morning hours of Sunday, September 30, 2018, the life of 32-year-old Brian Arthur Evans was tragically cut short in the parking lot of the Kempsville Market Place Shopping Center in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Police responded to calls of a gunshot wound at approximately 4:30 a.m. and discovered Evans suffering from a fatal injury. Despite the efforts of bystanders who were seen trying to render aid, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
